Whiskey Tango Foxtrot - Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee - Whole Bean
We start by adding a blend of 100% arabica beans (green) to a newly dumped whiskey barrel. Then these green beans are allowed to rest in the whiskey barrel, extracting and soaking up all the whiskey goodness that remained in the oak fibers of the barrel. When the time is right we roast the beans to a medium roast which burns off all the alcohol and provides a nice cup of coffee with a touch of whiskey sweetness and flavor. Only sold as whole bean to preserve the delicate flavors.
