Privateer - Rum Cask Aged Coffee  - Medium Roast - Whole Bean

All orders placed before 8PM CST will roast and ship the Next Day (excluding weekends & holidays)

We start by adding a blend of 100% arabica beans (green) to a newly dumped Rum Cask.  We then allow these green beans to become infused with all the pirate-y goodness that was left in the wood fibers of the barrel.  When the time is right we Cry Havok and let slip the Beans of Coffee.   In other words we roast the beans to a Full City (Medium) roast which burns off all the alcohol and provides a nice cup of coffee with a touch of rum.  Only sold as whole bean to preserve the delicate flavors.
